Basic heel and sit dog training whistle commands with a 7 month old Labrador

Establishing a good bond and structured command process with this young and nervous Labrador using basic heel and sit commands.

It's important to encourage a positive approach and build a bond using target triggers and not food. I've never used food as it's about building the bond, not bribing or buying your dogs affection/respect.
