Eric is "Stationing" the dogs. This is getting them to stay in their own space and wait for their turn at food. For all the dogs in this video, this is either their 2nd or 3rd time doing this.
This is teaching the dogs patience and impulse control. They have to wait their turn to be fed and stay in their space.
This also teaching the dogs also not to crowd other dogs or push them out of the way for food or other resources.
