How to Teach your Dog to Sit when getting Pet: Training a puppy to sit when greeting new people!

You see me training a clients dog to stay in a sit when someone comes up to pet him.

Most dogs get so excited when they see a new person resulting in the dog jumping up on the person and what do a lot of people do? They greet the dog in a high pitch voice and or pet the dog (aka rewarding that behavior) which results in your dog jumping on every new person it sees.
