We practice 5 hand signals. I have seen other teams do this and thought we would do it as well. I couldn't get crawl very well to show his entire body and my hand as well. Also, I accidently hit his head with my hand on backup. Doh! So I had him do it again.
I didn't realize you'd be able to hear me. Scolding my dad whom disrupts training a lot lol. I did say "crawl" at the end cause he thought i wanted "head down" (which is what he did) due to how I moved my hand. Still a novice at getting video and training at the same time.
