You can teach your water dog to dive as well. But they must like the water and don't force them to dive. Start early while they are young. Baylee is 10 months old. They must do it on their own! They will never try if you try to force them to do it. Start off gradual and only a couple of time each time you work with them. Get them comfortable with shallow creeks or the first step in the pool. Do that over and over a few day before you go to the next step. Again they must be comfortable with putting their head under the water and they will never be comfortable enough to go all the way. This video is over about three weeks so take you time and do it their pace!
