Richard ( The Miami Dog Whisperer ) shows here that the electric collar is a great training tool when it is used correctly. When applied properly it absolutely is the most effective and accurate way of letting your dog know in any moment exactly what you want from your dog whether it be in Obedience Training, Behavioral Issues, Teaching Service Dogs, etc. Properly used puppies and dogs should show great attitudes and spirit just like in this video of Richards clients dogs being worked with the e-collar. When used properly these e-collars are in no way abusive, cruel, or damaging to the dogs, it's quite the contrary. We call it the only way to be fluent "speaking dog" to the dog.
