It's the first day of training and Victoria is determined to teach Bumble & Dougal who is in charge. She shows the family how to use different vocal tones to keep the dogs in check. By keeping the pitch of her voice strong and low, Victoria shows the dogs that she means business, whilst higher pitches are purely reserved for praise.
